I went to school with Keely for years. We didn't used to be very close, but eventually our paths crossed when we shared a few of the same friends. A fond memory I have of her was at Mt Rainier goofing off in the snow.. and spending the night cramped in a small hatchback car. She was always nice to everyone around her, and made all of our days brighter. I havn't seen her in about a year, but I often thought of her. Now it is hard to believe that she is gone, but I know she's at peace with herself and where she is needed the most.

My heart goes out to her family.

With love,

My heart breaks for you John, Debbie, Jessica, Laura, Wade, Hattie and all who knew Keely. I had a beautiful dream last Sunday night that I would like to share. I was at the beach. It was a gorgeous sunny day. The ocean was a deep blue with brilliant sparkling white waves. Playing in the surf were the most beautiful exotic animals I had ever seen. All playing together, enjoying the sun & surf. One of the creatures stopped and looked me in the eye. A calmness came over me.Heaven, this was Keelys Heaven!

Keelys smile touched many and her heart yearned to make this world a better place. My hope and prayer is that the family finds comfort and peace with the many memories of Keely and the knowledge that we will all be together one day.

Be Still

Be still like the grass on a melancholy summer day
Be still like desert shrub.

Be calm and you will hear your loved one speak, in the stillness, in the calm, their love resounds.

If you are still this promise I make, you will hear the voice of your loved one helping you along your way.

In My Pocket

I have memories in my pocket.
They rattle among the change.

My memories of you are treasures I carry wherever I go.

They are stored in bits and pieces, parts of a beautiful whole
They give me comfort when I think I am alone.

Yes, I have memories in my pocket, like so much other stuff I keep there.

But of all the treasures I have, its the memories of you that are the most precious.

Keely, I didnt know you long for we were on two different shifts, but when i came in 2 work and you were getting off you always put a smile on mine and everyone elses face. Whenever someone was feeling down you would make it your duty to make them happy. All I can say is thank you for picking me up when I was down. I just wished i could have been there to return the favor. You were an inspiration to everyone you surrounded. At least you're finally free from pain, frustration, and the horrors of life. Now you can heal everyone. Thanks for being such a good friend. My prayers and love to your family and friends.
